"Panoramic view of the city, looking northeast from the top of City Hall. Olvera Street Plaza may be seen in the lower left of this photo, showing the rear of Pico House and the Garnier Building. Union Station (white building with arches and a red-tiled roof), and the huge Post Office Terminal Annex (long white building with two round cupolas), is near the center of this photo. Between those two buildings, construction for the Mozaic apartment complex is under way. The tan building in the background, the tallest in this photo, is the MTA building. Similar to photo 00063892.
